Dr. Tameka Duncan-Campbell, CMA, CBCS, CMHC, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 24 years of experience in clinical operations, compliance, medical billing and coding, and revenue cycle management. She currently serves as the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer (CRCO)  for Redefined, providing oversight to ensure regulatory integrity, ethical practice, and, operational excellence across financial services.

She is the CEO of Grace Medical Enterprises, where she supports providers and clinicians through credentialing, compliance-driven consulting, and strategic revenue optimization rooted in integrity. Dr. Duncan is also the Owner of Grace Medical Institute, an education and workforce development organization dedicated to preparing individuals for sustainable healthcare careers through practical training, mentorship, and professional development.

In addition to her professional leadership, Dr. Duncan is an author and Certified Mental Health Counselor, guided by a passion for holistic healing, empowerment, and service. A proud mother of four and grandmother of three, she values faith and family as central to her purpose.
